We required 50% DOWNPAYMENT upon order confirmation for all items.

Pay on or before the stated DOP. A late payment fee will be applied to balances not settled within 3 days of the DOP. Late payment fee is ₱50 per day.

Failure to pay on or before the stated DOP will result in your information being shared on our social media platforms.

We ask for your patience and understanding for the orders as this will be under NETA ONLY. We will provide regular updates on our Twitter account.

We will not be responsible for any lost or damages on the items upon shipping it to our address and to your address. But we will make sure to pack the items properly so it can avoid damages.

ANY DAMAGE TO THE OUTERBOX / BOX during shipping is NOT our liability and no replacement or refund will be made. The outbox is designed to protect the product inside.

ANY FACTORY DEFECTS or INCOMPLETE items in a SEALED order that beyond our control is not accepted for any REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REFUND. You must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process. This video must start with the sealed package and show all items removed from the packaging.
